Terms of Service

Snap Financial AI is a personal finance tool for tracking accounts, transactions, budgets, goals and receipts, with AI-assisted insights and categorization. All financial data is entered or imported by you; we do not connect to your bank.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe / the app store).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and plan limits may change with prior notice. Taxes may apply.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.

AI-generated insights, categorizations and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Snap Financial AI and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Financial AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law rules, and subject to the applicable consumer-protection rights of your place of residence.
