Snap Financial AI · Last updated June 18, 2026

We respect your data-protection rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). This page summarizes those rights and how to exercise them. For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Restriction & Objection — limit or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

Legal Bases for Processing

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. billing records), on the basis of your consent (e.g. optional features), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and functional.

Data Controller

Snap Financial AI acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service. Where we use processors (such as payment, storage, AI and email providers), they act on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can manage much of your data directly in the app (Settings), including deleting your account. For any other request, email us at geraldobl58@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados); in the EU/UK, your national supervisory authority.
